During the late 1960's, a strange and powerful force emerged in the San Francisco street scene, The Yippies! Fresh from NYC, the Yippies! lead freakmonster was none other than George DeMerle. DeMerle was a powerful force in the counter culture movement as evidenced by his role of personal body guard for Abby Hoffman during the infamous Chicago Seven trial.
